I am totally in love with this girl, but she just doesn't like me? How do I get her to?

Aw that sounds nice. It seems like she likes you, she's just afraid of I'm guessing commitment or being in love because maybe she has been hurt before. But if that's not the case, you can't really make someone fall for you I feel. But spend more time with her as friends and maybe she'll start to have feelings. Good Luck.
