What's the name of this movie?

Okay I saw this about 4-5 years ago on a hotel TV. All I remember is, the guys name is Mr. Smiley, he has a Chinese woman hostage (tied up in a trunk), and there was one part where they all had a fight in a movie store. Oh, and at one part the woman he kidnapped/holding hostage gets loose and starts hopping through his house.
