Can someone please name this movie?!?

Its an older movie about a woman in a house, and somehow this guy gets in and holds her hostage. I think its like a romantic-comedy. At first she hates this guy alot, and tries to get away. In the end she ends up falling in love with him and I think he gets shot by bad guys trying to break in. But he doesnt die......
