Just watched a scary moive and Im freaked out :(?

Im not scared or freaked out really more of a like WOAH thing X) I watch really scary movies all the time but this one was just moving and I really liked it ! anyone see it ? Its Called " Mum and Dad " a girl gets kidnapped and is hed hostage for a long time things happen etc but it was DEEP ! made me think and was really good BUT my question is How can i sleep I feel high almost X) ( Im 14 Ive neer gotten high before ) lol THANKS !
