My boyfriends 14 yr old daughter is really getting on my nerves along with her mother?

she recently moved in with us bc her mom is fed up with her, she spoiled her and cannot control her, sneaking boys in, getting suspended constantly frm school etc. Well now she lives with us and its going on 3 months, she doesnt take me serious maybe bc i look young but im 28. She tries and talks to me like im her friend. She doesnt clean up after herself at all and im, so tired of telling her to do so. Her mother will be at home and im stuck watching her kid all day all week and weekend when her mom lives 5 minutes away, that i do not get, i think it is disrespectful, maybe i dont want to be stuck at hoke with her child. i dont want to do or say anything to upset my boyfriend of almost 4 yrs so i really dnt say anything. im thinking the daughter doesnt like her moms girlfriend of 5 yrs and tries and stays away, i dont know. im tired of biting my tongue but if i let it go im afraid of really going off in an immature or nasty way. what in the world do i do? im thinking about getting my own place. Oh and to top everything, my bf surprises me with a puppy he knew i wanted last night, and she pretty much i s holding my dog hostage lol man im tired. any suggestions and not dumb ones from ignorant ppl. thanks in advance
