What's the name of the film (Given vague description)?

It's a film I saw when I was a kid on HBO. The protagonists include 3 sisters with different traits. One of them is always wearing a bandana I think. The antagonists are terrorists (including one women) it seems. There is a big shootout scene at the restaurant where the terrorists fire from up a ledge with machine guns that look like the FN M249 Para. The climactic end has them battling it out next to the sea. There is a little girl they are holding hostage. The primary antagonist falls to his doom with his briefcase. There is also a catfight mostly involving boxing. I know this sounds like the most vague and redundant plot in Hollywood but I would appreciate it if you would give me some names...
