Can anyone help me find the name of this movie?

I remember it vaguely.... however the only plot details I can remember is...... There was a married couple. The husband was extremely over obsessive and he took his wife hostage. She became pregnant and cut her leg to escape him from the remote location she was kidnapped to. After getting away they went through the typical custody battle..... long story short she kills him in the end with the same rock climbing technique he apparently almost scared her to death with in the beginning.......any ideas LoL???????????
