Star Wars Supremacy/Rebellion Windows 7?

Can someone PLEASE help me? I'm trying to play my favourite game when I was younger but it won't install. There are no error messages it just doesn't appear to install. Looked on forums for a while but I'm not very streetwise with software and compatibility issues. I have windows 7 and it was designed for windows 95. Please help. Cheers
